Focus track only works upto 15m I believe
Have a look at your compass calibration on the Tx before you fly again… Drop down menu on top of screen and very small cog icon top right… See if it let’s you calibrate controller or just says “successful” Not had stick calibration prompt so far.

Hi @Kellybob i have done the RC calibration and now updated the two spare batteries. Just done a low level manoeuvring test in the garden and all seems good in all directions. RC now reporting the correct mode too so I’m a bit happier now. Just need to do a proper flight test so hopefully the weather will be ok tomorrow. Thanks for your help.

Finally purchased.
Paid £343 for the enhanced controller and drone from Argos.

Ok so a new issue, anyone having a problem getting the maps to display on the RC?
Tried factory reset, still no joy.
Tried correcting the time zone (which for some reason was showing China). No joy.
In the middle of an IMU calibration currently but its taking forever.
For clarity I should add that I am aware that the RC needs to be connected to WiFi to get the maps but even when it is it doesn’t display them.
And now it won’t complete the IMU calibration as it gets too hot. Beginning to think this might be a dockyard job.
The Mini 3 RC confirmed working with the Mavic 3.

Maps worked for me to day on Pro controller. Connected to home WiFi. Also the compass started working correctly showing Drone and controller orientation. Didn’t yesterday. IMU calibration have always found problematic on earlier models. Best keep away without very good cause. Temp and doing it fast is key… Twatish comment now, you know the WiFi is now defaulted to Off?
