Yes it does go over weight limit.
Checked on aliexpress with the link, as with a few different vendors , for plus and standard, says it doesn’t ship to the UK?

I have to say I have a far better flight distance with mini 3 then the mini 2 with the SC, anytime weak signal I went higher 
, I will give dji RC a test next week see if stronger signal or not.

I have ordered from AliExpress, £198 to UK (Wales) and have had a few updates about shipping. The latest said the are at the departure airport.
(£198 for two extended batteries.)
