I have found DJI very good. The one thing you need to be is respected. When we do work I make sure that we do everything right. We have a lot of people return. One point I had 6 people phone me to tell me that someone on facebook had lost our details and wanted a party and was not going to have a party unless we did it. After weeks, it got to our area and people recognised the description of us and started to phone us saying… is this you.
Only yesterday did I say I wasn’t going to spend any more money on tech this year (after my current lined up purchases)
So so easy… “Hey put amazon down”
It’s Apple rather than Amazon, my foray away was very brief
Ooo I see Apple is expensive with a lot of things. Not good when things keep coming out.
The leaked photos show the same camera as the Mini 3 Pro At least with the new Air 3, which uses the same camera, it includes the extra 70 mm lens.
The Mini 3 Pro and Mini 4 Pro lens is marked with E.24 F1.7, which is an equivalent focal length of 24MM and an aperture of F1.7.
If this is true, then other than Slo-mo 1080p @ 120fps changing to 4K @ 100fps … I see no change in camera upgrade
Only other changes are Occusync 3 is now 4 and it has better obstacle avoidance (which is disabled on mine). Both a nice to haves, but for me, no reason to upgrade.
Certainly does not look visually different at all from what I can tell. But until I see a side by side comparison, I guess it’s hard to tell.
It’s looking like this might be the case Chris:
Current Mini 3 Pro owners, you can safely put your wallets and purses away
Agreed, ideal upgrade path is from a Mini 2 > Mini 4 Pro.
I have a Mini 2…
Is it me but can anyone else see crocs, the shoe that is
I wonder if the Mini 4 will have the stacked sensor upgrade seen in the Air 3 ??
Seems like many of the “pundits” claim the new Air 3 wide camera to be as good if not better than the 1 inch sensor on the Air 2S despite being the same size as the current Mini 3 Pro - now that could change things on the Mini3 to Mini4 upgrade take up
If I was just getting into it, then I think the m4p would be a good option to wait for. The 360 degree obstacle avoidance I think is a good improvement for a novice, I always thought sideways avoidance would be more useful than front/back. But then a complete novice would probably not think too much into the obstacle avoidance, see the same camera and think to just get the cheaper m3p anyway.
As with phones and most other tech, I tend to stick to upgrading every two generations minimum, that seems to be the sweet spot for getting a worthwhile upgrade. I look forward to the m5p.
Ditto… Hmmmm, rarely fly it though, but…
haha at least there is room to label it up
I have mini 2, but for me it’s deals on now not so new mini 3 Pro vs latest mini 4 pro… So almost more of a continuum than for those already with the 3 Pro.
That’s me out then
Happy with the 3 pro
A better signal would be the selling point for me, especially as i’ve now lost my FCC mod
Apart from the speed record
