How are these new drones getting a FCC classification?

Interesting little beast - looks like it could almost have 360 camera’s on it - the fish eye lens at the rear or is this part of a new obstacle avoidance setup ? And the tails on it ? was signal an issue on the Neo ( never had an issue on mine but then I rarely fly it with a controller )
