xjets take on the Neo
Five minutes in âAnyway, Iâm not here to tell you how sh1t it is. I want to talk to you about the rulesâŚâ
Feeling this meme next time Iâm all out of excuses, I know where the limit is & have pushed it 7 times, Not going to attempt it again any time soon !
During yesterdayâs Chesterfield Bando meet, I was able to obtain 40.69mph out of the NEO in manual mode.
Goggles N3?
These naming conventions manâŚ
Goggles N3V2 next.
Thatâs one thing they wonât be fixing in a FW update
Now we need to hear how loud when flying in the living room.
Meanwhile nobody mentions if the Neo has an ESC beeper incase it comes down?
Does it have one?
I wouldnât fancy my chances finding it in a field near međ
My hearing is not what is was, in my dotage, and when a bush ambushed my Mini 2SE I had to use the âfind my droneâ facility, which got me within 6 feet but I still coundlnât see it, so I activated the beeper. I saw the flashing red status light first, the beeper was a pathetic little cough that contributed nothing to the proceedings. Canât think theyâve managed to shoehorn a louder loudspeaker into the Neo!
Iâm wondering how long it will be before someone comes up with âstealthâ props for it!
I think it does, but Iâll have to check
Yes thereâs a speaker in the Neo, because it talks to you, when you activate smart shots (new name for for quick shots). The drone also responds when you ask it to preform a task by voice control via the phone app.
Of course there is a speaker in the Neo, I just doubted that it was larger or louder than the one in the Mini 2SE or the Mavic Mini, both of which I have difficulty hearing. Iâm a bit hard of hearing as are many people my age, but a long way from being deaf!
Sorry, didnât quite catch that, speak upâŚ
Most drones donât have a speaker but still can bleep
The coils in the motors can act the same as the coils in speaks and can emit beeps.
Clever, talking motors!
