IVE downloaded DJI FLY APP but my phone will not connect to my new DJI NEO
iyt shows other drones but not neo, can anyone help please
What device and where did you download the fly app from
Down loaded it to my samsung s10 which is only use for drone
showing connected to unknown aircraft neo is new app shops pic of aircraft
says DJI FLY
DRONE CAMERA cant get craft to do anything,bought as flymore combo about todays old

Download it from here will guarantee the latest
Trying to do that. phone is now showing pending im getting fed up of this

Have you got a good internet connection, I’ve never had an issue with downloading it
yes im sitting on top of pc phone is now showing
choose a model but only mini3
min se mini 2 and mavic mini still showing neo
i dont know what version fly app is

getting some somewhere now but now showing Error invalid key component
wish i could put pics on here,
drone will not even start up
The app has nothing to do with the drone starting up
Go to profile and then settings and you can see the version

Thankyou i dont find this forum easy to navigate
Its not in the forum 
its in the fly app
it wont start with out the App in fact wont start at all
Try another device . Apple preferably
Or uninstall fully, soft reset and reinstall
Then that a problem with the drone, do any of the LEDs light when you press the power button

spent all day trying to get it to work its now back in the box taking back to shop
thats the end of foray into drones
