So I bought the 5in1 from Germany, it arrived yesterday. 
Needs a UK plug fitting though.
Checked the earthing, it did have the wire link to the case, but terminal was on to paint so I re-made the connection better
Then noticed that the Earth connection on the PCB was not connected, traced the copper track which went to a protection component (VDR ?) so added a wire from earth to this pad.
All works good, charges batteries at the same time and two USB’s for RC and tablet.
I think I’m going to be happy with this now
