Started DH PC applicatuon from scratch, ran it as an administrator, went through the procedure again and move from 09.09.0900 to 02.04.2040 flashed just fine

I’m now downloading the FLY app v1.5.10
Won’t be using the DT app anymore
Had to go out today with the old MP1, high up in the Swiss mountains, got a good flight in but it was only filming in 1080p so missed opportunity really
Trouble is I’ve got so much stuff in my head I’m just not preparing for things properly

I’ve searched on here first and can’t find an answer so I thought I’d just ask ……
If you drone is using DH and everything is working fine - you’ve not updated anything and you’ve not updated your dji app either - as I was just reading on YouTube some one using the above ( DH ) and said his whole fleet of drones was not working which forced him to update - is this possible if so how ? Or is it complete nonsense & as long as you don’t mess about with updates and keep ignoring them then should you not encounter problems ! Just curious

Don’t update the app or the drone until DH bird map says it’s safe to do so

So basically as I’m all good anyway just don’t touch nothing in the hope I shouldn’t have to do this anytime soon as I had to borrow a windows laptop as I’ve got a Mac & don’t fancy doing it again unless I really have too - so sorry for babling on could you kindly be specific in what circumstances I would have to do it again ( if at all ) - would appreciate your feedback

Never update the firmware or App. If it’s working let it work

DJI is not going to give an MA2 any new features or make it any better, they will be concentrating on the newer models
but they may bring out an update to stop the hack
So leave it where it is now, end of…no more updates it works have fun and you will never have to apply the exploit again
