Dual gimbal with M210 issue

I hope someone here may be able to assist, I’ve looked on the useless DJI forums to no avail…

I have a M210 and just fitted the dual camera gimbal today. I have previously been using the single downward gimbal and switching between a Z30 and X4S but finally got round to fitting the dual mount today.

Both cameras spin up on power up. I have seen some notes about the X4S needing to be mounted in position 1 (due to SD card onboard) so this leaves the Z30 in position 2.

Here’s the problem: I cannot see both cameras in either DJI Go 4 or DJI Pilot apps (using Cendence and Crystal Sky). The FPV camera remains as the only other video feed.

Thanks very much for any help.

I’ve done some more investigation and if I tilt the drone left and right, the gimbal in position 1 will self level but the gimbal in position 2 does not.

Appears to be something very fundamentally wrong with position 2…

Is it even getting power?

Yes, I think so as it does the pan and tilt (full extents) on power up.

I’m off to see the team at Coptrz with this tomorrow. Will let you know what the outcome was.

Looks like it is a faulty video board. It has to go back to DJI in Holland.
