After finally receiving my new DJI Avata 2, I immediately tested it and took a short flight around the neighborhood.
It´s so preatty easy with the Motion Controller.

I have 2 nearby local airports which stop me flying at or from my house, but even if I power up to test my drone the next door neighbours are moaning.
Looks really nice where you are with the snow, I used to drive into Germany many times when a fahrer

Welcome back mate 
I have a small platform on the roof of my house to start my drone from my hobbyroom 
At the beginning of the week I installed flashing lights so that I can find my way back in the dark
