First time flyer from Suffolk

Hey all, just joined up as I received my used Mavic Pro in the post today. Got my Flyer and Op ID sorted out and have taken it for a quick 30 min flight already. Forgot to format the SD card so no photos recorded, but even with 35mph gusting today, it held really well.

Certainly easy to fly, looking forward to logging more hours.

Oh and I’m a former event photographer that shoots Leica on the ground - always wanted to shoot from the air, so photos are my focus.

welcome cris, this is the place to ask and be answered, great bunch of really helpful flyers.

I’m the same as you a photographer come to flying after. definitely helps with framing and composition.

I am from just across the Border (Passport Required) here in Norwich ,Norfolk.
