Well done. I know this area very well and often thought of doing something similar, you’ve beaten me to it. Often wondered about the gulls which can be aggressive, did they try to attack your drone?
25 years ago I made an audio-visual sequence featuring the caves around Flamborough North Landing based on a piece of poetry entitled “The Things” by Robert Rank Graves. Would like to redo the sequence using video from the drone, perhaps you’ve re-stimulated my interest in this area.
@Scotty thanks for the kind remarks, it’s the first time we’d been there and it seemed too good not give it a go, so I left my wife twiddling her thumbs for a while!
Didn’t have trouble with seagulls that time but have had in the past. I grew up on the other side of the country on The Wirral tried to fly around Marine Lake in West Kirby and they gave me short srift!
Enjoyed that, thanks for showing the footage. My partner’s mum lives in Bridlington so we often go to this spot. Next time I’ll be taking my drone.
