Flying at Ardross Castle Inverness?

Hi all
I’m new to this forum and to the world of drones - loving it when i can get out.
We are planning a north coast 500 adventure in the spring.

When we near inverness we may head to Ardross Castle- location for BBC show ‘the traitors’. Its on a large private estate with no public access
Has anyone tried to fly a drone from the public roads around the castle?
Doesn’t seem so from YouTube- perhaps its not possible
I saw one video were they stopped by ardross distillers and there seemed to be a gap across the road leading to the estate? Is it worth trying

Ive a Mini 4 pro
Many thanks
