I would hate to think what words I would program into it !.
It would begin with “F and end with F”

You only need to program four letters …

G … A … D … C

Can’t you take off from the pier. .?

I’m not sure if the pier is open that time of night, most likely closed as it is dark but I’m really not sure

Are you PfCO qualified then?

Unfortunately not

Piers can by awkward places. Old ones have so much cast/wrought iron, new ones reinforced concrete. Great for a magnetic interference check.
With the older ones, moving a few feet can often resolve.

what a way to pass the blame !:policeman::rofl:

OK then… for safety reasons I would not film the fireworks since you haven’t had night flying training

You don’t need night flying training to fly at night. The training is only needed to fly PfCO at night. #ItsACrazyWorld

I concure !, there is no rule that I know, that says you can’t.

@Booney are you commercially doing this or is it for fun?

By his comments, I would say for fun.

For fun and personal use only and to share here of coarse

and ,why not?.
Providing he adheres to the Drone Code, and keeps LOS, he should have no problem.

I said that comment from a commercial perspective before knowing that it was for fun/non-commercial reasons.
