Got to ask…

Why?

Gosh it looks great from the air. So colourful. Never felt any desire to go there. Spent years trying to keep my kids from knowing about it

Ah Mat / v Michael - oops my bad

so i set up ready to fly, the police came over and said we rather you didnt fly that here as we have had reports of drones in the area, so isaid sorry but im doing a lawful activity and i have the rights to carry on my business, and there like well we have seized 2 drones already for wreckless flying close to the rides, ,and so i was like well im just going straight up move around 20-30m around get the shots i need and away i go, they then decied to go on about bout the 50m rule and i say dont need that as i have a sub 250g drone and only license tthing i need is an OP ID, they kept saying its not about the weight of the drone , and then said im flying under article 16 (FPVUK) so even if i needed im allowed to fly closer than the said 50m rule they said, had bout 10-15 mins till i almost got IRATE said look these are the rules the “cheat sheet” you have hasnt gott the relevant information u have the bare basics there not even the sub sections of it either, so i shown that i had insurance, ,A2COFC just to show that i aint 1 of those numpties that by 1 and willy nilly. then tthey let me fly, after flght was over they came back over and said did u get what u needed i was like yea kinda ,(put me in a right mood to try get what i needed tbh )
