Going France Skiing end of January. Want get some amazing footage up in the Mountains, has anybody been skiing with there drones ? ActiveTrack ? Tips?
Turn off downward sensors as they will get confused with the snow.

Went to Verbier for the weekend for my work’s Christmas do last month. Didn’t have my Mavic then but others did and got some great footage. One of my colleagues took his Spark but couldn’t get it flying, I think it was that it needed a firmware upgrade and for some reason that didn’t work on the mountains. Plenty of data signal up there so not exactly sure what the problem was.
So check for firmware upgrade before you go and also in your hotel/accommodation before you hit the slopes!
