Hi
Just joined and bought a mini 2 se the other week. I’m new to drones so have been building my confidence flying around empty fields. I’m finding it tricky keeping line of sight with the drone being so small when I look at the screen I lose sight of it. The club looks great with lots of useful information. I just need better weather now.

I think you will find it gets easier with practice.
I stared with a Mini 2 a year or so ago, and often lost sight of the drone when I looked down at the controller (and usually panicked and flew it straight ‘home’).
I now tend to find that even when pretty far away, I can look down (to change a setting, check something or to frame a shot), and I can still find it again when I look up.
Being confident that the return to home location and altitude were set correctly helped enormously with confidence.
Nice to see you here.
Welcome to GADC
Thank you everyone
