Hiya, I’m a drone newbie from Waterlooville, Hampshire.
My brother-in-law recently visited us from California, bringing his DJI Mini 2. We took it out several times and my interest grew.
I purchased a DEERC 20 Mini from Amazon as my first drone, I chose this as it was very cheap and had reasonably good reviews. I’ve loved learning to fly with it and have been exhausting both batteries a couple of times a day.
I’ve totally got the buzz for it and am already considering upgrading to the DJI Mini SE or Mini 2.

Not heard of the DEERC 20 Mini before. Just been looking at the specs and hoping you won’t be too disappointed after seeing the results of the DJI Mini 2.
But - it’s an economical first step into drones, and we look forward to seeing your results with interest.
Yes. The Deerc is quite simple, but it is literally a first step to get used to the basics of flying and to see if it’s a passing fad or a long term hobby - and also not of great value if I crash it or lose it.
Thanks all.
I’ve been getting a lot better, although my Deerc seems to get battered by the slightest wind - and without a gimbal the picture footage is pretty hectic.
