Hello from Widnes

Hi all,

I’m new to drone scene, so much so I still don’t actually own one! Although a Mini 3 Pro should be in my possession some time soon.

My time flying will be split between UK and The Netherlands, where my office is based.

I’ve already done the CAA and EASA (Luxembourg) online test as recommended on this great site, but if anyone has any other recommendations they would be greatly appreciated!

Have you seen our members map? (Click the burger-menu in the top right) You may find some pilots living near you. Feel free to add yourself to the members map too :+1:t2:

We’re a well established club with many knowledgeable members so it’s very likely that any issues you come across will have been discussed here before. Our discussion forum has very powerful search features which should help you find what you need but if you get stuck you can post a new question in the #questions-and-answers category.

Welcome! Lots of nice places within easy reach of Widnes for flying a drone - some of which you will probably already have seen on the Drone Scene website!

Yes I’ve seen a few on there, any other recommendations would be greatly appreciated
