New to drones and just purchased a Dji mini 4k and did my first flight in my garden today to get to grips with the controls, ive done my registration stuff with the CAA and everything on the Dji app.
I’m a little confused with the restriction zones as it shows i live on the edge of an “enhanced warning zone” which is due to the helicopter manufacturer in town and its airfield, i know they don’t fly on a sunday (as i work there) so accepted responsibility in the Dji fly app and it let me take off but said i was close to a restricted zone but i can’t seem to see restricted zones on the Dji fly app maps when changing the filters to view, if i have restricted selected it shows nothing over the airfield and if i click on the airfield it just says its in an enhanced warning zone, if i view it via “Drone Assist” app it shows the same area as a flight restricted zone, am i ok to fly here or not?
