No, that’s ridiculous, what I just said, because you have to download it from the aircraft/controller.

Whilst trying to get some shots in the forest I lost the last files on 2 days running. Final cut says zero length but the files are big. I’ve realised it was my own stupid fault, I think on both occasions I must have turned the Mavic off without stopping the recording.

They are visible as MP4 files, about 1.5gb each but obviously haven’t been closed properly. Any ideas? I’ve tried VLC, no joy.

Use the DJI app to download the full res files to your device.
