Hi I have just joined as I am very confused by the drone assist app. It’s telling me I can’t fly my drone in Wales at the moment because it comes up with UAS and gives a white circle over a very large area. If l go onto your map it just shows the usual restrictions near Welshpool for example but not the restrictions that show on Drone Assist for the next few days as a temporary flight restriction zones. Which is correct? Can anyone clarify please? Many thanks.
Ive had a look on both and both are showing only the two restrictions around Welshpool. The EGCW restrictions for Welshpool and the FRZ restrictions with the runway extensions. Can’t see any other restrictions on either DroneScene or Drone Assist

Hi . Thanks for the info , so does this mean I can not fly my drone at all this week in Wales then? It is so confusing as I was told by some else on greyarrows that there were no flight restrictions. Or does this only apply if your flying your drone high than a 100 metres or just below 400ft. Many thanks for your help on this matter.
Sorry to be a nuisance. So reading the article you sent me is this only for the red zone areas showing on the maps.
These are the current restrictions today around Welshpool
The bottom right is EGCW WELSHPOOL, you can’t fly here unless you get approval, if you click on the area the information you require including (you may need to toggle the air space overlays) the contact number for clearance
The area top left is a Notam, again clicking the area will give you the information you require
