Hi all. New member in the St Albans area. I have a legacy drone. GoPro Karma which is pretty much an expensive paper weight now. I’ve just bought a DJI Mini 4 Pro to be able to fly with fewer restrictions.

Hi there
Hi Peter,
I am also in Redbourn.
I’ve had an Eachine E58 (100g trainer) for a couple of years, I’ve just ordered a DJI Mini 3.
It would be good to say hello sometime.
Yes, that would be good. I’ll almost certainly be in The Cricketers on Friday evening. Escaping a book group Xmas dinner which is going on at home ![]()
Sounds good. About what time ? How will we recognise one another ?
(I cannot find any personal message function on this site. I don’t think there is one.)
Are you a paid member, I see your not, paid members can direct message ![]()
Welcome to the group ![]()
I message Kirky, but that’s another story ![]()
Baked bean cans & string ![]()
Most of the staff know me as Pete. Motorcyclist. I’ll DM my phone number.
Where do you see the paid member bit? I was able to DM (as a paid member). I assumed that meant that he could receive the DM. I’m very new here.
When you click on there header / icon profile.
I believe a paid member can message an un paid member for them to receive but the non paid member cannot reply unless also paid member, hope that makes sense ![]()
I’d prefer morse code via RF. Tends to go the distance ![]()
