Hi from Cannock Chase area

Hi I am Steve back into the hobby with a Dji Mini 3 pro. I say I am back around 7 years ago I owned a Phantom 2. What changes have taken place in the drone world. All registered and even took the simple test so I had some idea what I am doing.
Other hobbies Ham Radio and what could also be useful for you I do local weather forecasts. Look me up Cannock Chase Weather on Facebook.
I do have a question how many of you have drone insurance from the club. Not sure what to do.

Dont let the SSSi put you off, most of it’s content is about the erosion of the flora and fauna and its management of recovery. There is a little on birds, bats and aquatic life but as far as I’m aware you should be good to fly. :thinking: Just watch out for mad mountain bike riders. Whilst I was out on my zillions of walks over there, I had one take off over my head! A makeshift ramp had been constructed on a natural dip above the path. Nutters! Has since been removed. :+1: The path not my head contrary to popular belief. :rofl::rofl:
