I’m new to the scene, having only just bought my first drone (Mini 4 Pro) and am having a lot of fun with it. Thankfully, this site and good old YouTube has helped a lot with the steep learning curve.

It’s also great to see someone else from Halifax here too. I know Skircoat well. I haven’t seen anyone else around the area flying a drone and wondered if there were more of us.

I don’t know of any others - if there are, they’re well hidden! Is there anywhere good to fly in your area - i’m getting mighty bored with Saville Park.

I’m not far from the quarry in Northowram where there’s an awesome view over the Shibden valley (above Shibden Mill Inn) and Halifax centre beyond.
I’d be happy to meet up if you fancy trekking out somewhere with the drones. Not sure how to PM on here though.
