Yeah, to be honest if it was immediately easy it wouldn’t be much fun.
Morden is close though, and better yet I can get there by public transport, so hit me up if you want company to go fly some time.
I am interested in seeing an FPV in action and I work in SW London, currently sat at Vauxhall. If you fancied meeting in Putney / Richmond Park in Spring give us a shout. I would happily create a themed video of you flying your FPV!
Yeah that would definitely be cool. I need to spend some time actually learning to fly first though because a video of me repeatedly flying for 30s then losing control and crashing might not be that great

I’m also local by Tooting Bec, have also been doing a lot of flying indoors recently - started with a Tinyhawk 3, recently added a Mobula7 and a Neo.
Like @bmsleight I started flying at Morden Park, more recently found myself 10 mins further down the road at Nonsuch Park which has a really nice area right next to the car park that seems to have almost never have any other people in it!

There is half a chance I might drop in either there or Morden Park tomorrow morning as I have to drop a child off nearby, and the weather looks chilly but dry and low wind. Could meet you there?
I can also say that flying outdoors is MUCH easier than indoors, so if you can even manage 30 secs at home and you have something like a Mob7 that can take a beating anyway, you are ready for the big wide world!
