I have been flying a (now bit of a knackered) basic drone for a few years now on the odd occasion, and have recently got myself a nearly new DJI Mini 2 fly more package. I’m based in Watford, but also go up to Bungay (on the Norfolk & Suffolk border) when visiting my Mum, so I aim to fly in both areas.
I’ve only managed a few flights so far on the Mini 2 (due to flight restrictions where I live, and the weather conditions at my Mum’s). I’m looking forward to meeting up at some point with other members and finding areas where I can fly near home in Watford.
I’ve already seen the posts about flying locations in Watford, and the confusing “Park rules” vs “Park bylaws”, so no need to refer me to those posts.
I am blind in one eye (only as of a couple of years ago) - so expect plenty of “crash footage” from me
