Bought a Mavic Pro a couple of weeks ago. Only managed a few flights so far but loving it so far.

Where have you been flying so far? I’m from Ayrshire.

The only places I’ve flown so far have been Callendar Park, Falkirk. The Pineapple, Airth and Stirling Castle.

Was down in your neck of the woods tonight. Went for a run on my mates bike to Largs. Didn’t have the drone though.

Cracking night for it, weathers been great.

What about the Falkirk wheel? Was going to go up there a run one weekend. Never been so not sure what it would be like for flying.

I have seen photos from another Mavic Pro pilot on Instagram and it looks stunning from the air. Only problem seems to be it is a bit hit or miss whether it’s lit up at night or not.

I’d probably have done it during day with some time lapses but see lot of others have had same idea.

Time lapse is something that’s on my to do list. Will have to try one of those.
