I was bloody surprised it came out so smooth considering the cross wind that morning. It was a struggle keeping the drone centre as it approached.

Wind was gusting up to 25 MPH around the corner in Southampton, that’s why I said smooth video. :+1:

Now that looks epic! Great perspective and really makes the craft look majestic. Again, this is a flight I hope to perform myself this summer…along with the forts etc.

TOAL at low tide below the waterline. … You can walk right out and there’s nobody whatsoever to bother you.

Mind you summertime will obviously be busier.

I’ve flown out to Spitbank a number of times, a great flight and you’ll get some great shots.

No Man’s Fort is just over a mile from the coastline on the Isle of Wight side, so not impossible I guess but the conditions would have to be perfect…

6.5 mile round trip @ 30mph = 21 mins.

One day … :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I’d have to hang a car battery from my Mini 3 to complete that. :joy:

Actually, not 21 mins … 0.21 of an hour … 13 mins.

Only 15.6 mins at 25 mph.

Easily do that

Fantastic video
