Make the elevation tool easier to use when in a restriction zone

I had a discussion with @OzoneVibe about this, and thought I would pop it in here so you can at least consider it for future updates. When you select the elevation tool, the cursor changes to a small cross, but as soon as you ‘enter’ a FRZ, it changes to a hand again. I could clearly turn off the layers that are ‘in the way’, but I found I had to turn off 4 or 5 to get to the piece of ground I needed to get to (and that’s not so easy on a mobile device).
