Interesting clip… can I throw a “but…” in there though?
I’m not sure who the intended audience is for that advert(?) but all I can see is a warehouse full blue crates and automated conveyor belts. So unless Argos are looking to target robots with this job ad, they may need to rethink what they’re showing off here

Sorry, wasn’t meant to be critical, but all I “saw” was an advert that said “Look how great our automated warehouse is!!”
Which in fairness, it is… I was impressed 
But it’d didn’t make me want to work there
