Please note that our DJI Team have advised the following with regards to DJI Care:
“Refurbished DJI drones are not sold with the intent that DJI care will be supported.
It may be possible but we cannot give any guarantee’s as each refurbished unit is unique.
While the majority are unwanted units that we have tested, some may have been repaired.
It would be unlikely that DJI would offer DJI care to a unit that has already been repaired by a 3rd party.
This would depend on the unit the customer received and DJI’s discretion.
You may want to contact DJI support and get more information from them on DJI care.”

Items listed as “certified refurbished” come with a 12-month warranty
This warranty covers faulty items, however, it does not cover customer damage (for example, crash damage or water damage with a drone).
The warranty will be covered with ourselves.

“Refurbished means the unit has been tested to ensure they are in good working order, with any damaged parts being replaced when necessary, they may have slight wear and tear but have been checked beforehand.”
