Hi Ian did they say when you would receive them as mine said 5th April
checked shop app and still no movement ![]()
The order said 3-5 working days… Here’s hoping…
I can confirm that these work with the original RC Pro with Mavic 3 Pro as well. Plug into USB C socket works fine! Tried them this morning
I got one of these too as I don’t want the RC going flat as they use power from the RC to make them work
Same. I don’t yet have any real world stats on how much it’ll drain the battery, but didn’t want to find out the hard way!
I’ve got one of these and the HDMI adapter for my PS5 is ordered and delivery is 3-5 days. Ordered on 10th so should be soon ![]()
I bought the xreal charging adapter and actually never used it as I never really seen any significant drop in juice from the controller and other times when using glasses I’ve had plenty of power in the xbeam pro, but if these Rayneo do drain faster then at least I can dig out my adapter ![]()
Just had this HDMI adapter for my RC pro 2 to use with the Rayneo Air 4 pro glasses and I am pleased to report that they work mirrored and live view so will be useful for sharing a flight. I had a small powerbank plugged into the adapter.
Right. I’ve got these to work on the RC 2 and the RC Pro 2, but not on the original RC. Neither USB C port works on the original RC.
Doing a quick search, Google states the original RC doesn’t support screen mirroring by either if the 2 USB C ports; was there a setting you changed @Rocket ?
Hoping you’ve got yours by now @ziceman ?
I was using the RC Pro!
Good that DJI choose such disparate and memorable names for their gear so we never mix them up… ![]()
Bloody favouritism

I actually had no emails of shop app updates so I emailed them this morning.
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your email and for your trust in our products.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered.Due to the recent launch of our new product, orders and inquiries have increased significantly. This may result in delays in shipping and email responses. We kindly ask for your patience
Fortunately I’m not in any rush for this one as it’s a impulsive purchase.
Just hate no updates, I was searching spam folder and logging into shop and nothing but confirmation the day I bought it.
That’s still sucks. I bought mine direct from RayNeo.uk and it was fulfilled and dispatched by Amazon within a day.
It was £224 using my own discount code, which I thought funny…
Hopefully you paid by credit card as Shop completely screwed me in the past.
Are you anywhere near Manchester because I have tried both xreal and viture glasses with my rc2 and got no image. Would love to see if the usb c port on my controller does show video out in case it’s faulty.
Yes it was the same link as you posted when you bought the glasses as when I click on your link then went to account it automatically directs me to shopify.com with my order details.
I was going to go the Amazon route but another £24.90 of the original price was hard to resist. ![]()
Maybe as you spoke to them with your charming voice they took your order but used there Amazon shop to impress you when you do a review on them ![]()

No Halifax Debit card
I know I know
I just paid and know there paid for but yes I know I could of used a credit card and then paid the card from my bank but I’ve never been stung yet so always pay what I have in my bank account.
@ziceman Right, I’ve messaged my contact at RayNeo and asked about the UK shiping times; their site is currently saying 15 days, which is a bit slow to say the least. Will update when I hear back.
Ian
Thanks for that Ian much appreciated.
I got a email this morning ![]()
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your interest in the RayNeo Air 4 Pro and for placing your order with us.
We regret to inform you that the Air 4 Pro is currently out of stock due to unexpectedly high demand. Our team is working diligently to restock the item, but we do not have a confirmed availability date at this moment.
Your Options:Wait for Restock – We can keep your order open and prioritize shipment once inventory becomes available. You will be notified immediately when your order is ready to ship.
Cancel for Full Refund – If you prefer not to wait, we can cancel your order and process a full refund to your original payment
I don’t mind waiting but you saying 15 days is much clearer then there email and more acceptable.
No harm to you Ian I was on the understanding in life first come first served which RayNeo never done.
I’ve asked them if they can send via Amazon shop and I will pay the difference hoping I still get the £25 discount ![]()
But I could just get a refund and buy from Amazon.
Like I said before it was a impulsive buy and already have AR Glasses so it only feels it’s like some orders in the past on a long trip from china ![]()
When I eventually get the glasses and have been doing some research that I found a few Xreal products compatible like the xbeam pro which be interesting to check. Don’t think the prescription glasses are unfortunately.
You review will be out before I get mine
maybe make a point about phones compatible as very few are but if you do have one it’s a fantastic addition to it, this is why I’m looking for a new phone with Dex and dp as xbeam is great android device has a SIM slot to provide independent 5G data connectivity but not calls and chunky and heavy also, so I would look like a drug dealer carrying 2 devices around ![]()
Enjoy Ian ![]()
Cheers for that @ziceman . I’ve already heard back from my contact at RayNeo who’s confirmed the new UK stock shipment should be here 20 March and they’ll be sending them out based on date of order, so first come first served.
They also advised that even though I bought them as a normal paying customer, they did know I was going to review them and said they sent mine out priority to let me get on with filming the review. So that’s why I got mine so quickly; sorry ![]()
I will be talking about phones too; as you say, they’re a great addition for watching stuff on the train or planes… You mention DEX but you only actually need USB-C Display Port functionality for these to work, which almost all higher end Android phones have, like the Sammy Ultras from 21 onwards, and the Sony Xperias… And the RayNeos also include a template to mount prescription lenses, tho the lenses would need to be ordered separately.
Right; on with the play…
