As a regular visitor to Kings cross it’s nice to see it from this perspective.
Very nice picture!

Thanks, I was surprised how different it looks from the air.

I’ll be in London with work in a couple of weeks. I’m tempted to take my Mini3 with me and grab a few shots on the evenings.

Looks absolutely stunning! How did you manage to get it up without drawing attention?

There are no flight restrictions in that area… Fly free!

Very different to my normal view and a great picture.

I’m definitely considering taking my mini3 next time i travel.

I’m guessing this was a sunrise picture?

As @Hzak786 says it is allowed, but I still wanted to be out of the way of the curious or worse, hostile crowds, so my TOAL was the Corner of Crestfield and St Chads St., it’s a little way back from the front of Kings X Station. Between there and the station there is a mostly empty building site hovering over that gives a clear view to the South.

Thanks @Howard78 It was sunset, I’m not a mornings person :-). Do take your Mini 3 to London, lots of great places to take it.

Thanks @SkyOkapi for reminding me of this post, as it was the inspiration to take my own shots.
