I lost one of my Strobone Cree lights during flight as the grip on the dual pads supplied gave way. I’ve since purchased a strobe off Amazon that I haven’t had an issue with.

Mine have been attached to the rear arms of my MP with very thin cable-ties for the last 5 years without them once falling off.

Maybe that’s what I should have done as well initially as a double back up. Never mind, I’m happy with what I have now.

Strobon crees with 3d printed holders. There are a few in here that might be willing to print out the holders for you. If you have a 3d printer then the stl files are readily available. I think @ash2020 was where i got my holders from, excellent quality and in use for over two years.
