Lost my drone during a speed attempt

I have managed that on 2 of my tests, but litterally only about 200m. Not enough to do a speed run.

It is so hard heading into the wind with something so light …

It would have to be GADC branded!

Well over 250g though

I reckon it’s a two person exercise … one at take-off and one nearer the proposed landing … with binoculars.

 Kinda like FPV, you need a spotter … but at the other end.

Can’t have everything!

Or one of these

I reckon they will simply say…

I would sooner put Trump’s face on it, than the Apple logo.

Not your GADC hat :scream:

Whoever’s monitoring Google Translate tonight will be having a good laugh at all these efforts

A sudden influx of Chinese members …

No, not that one! It’s too manky … after this past week!

In this context, “out against the wind” means 60mph flying backwards :upside_down_face:

It would be handy if you could ‘share/pass’ the connection to the drone. Like a relay. I would take off, you would land - or be on hand to take control if things went pear shaped. I.e. 2 x bound RCs, 1 x Mini 2.

If they do reject the claim, we’ll have to make a new GADC hat with …

:fu:
DJI

… on it, too.

Had thought the same … but chances are, via phone, one person could start the drone and the person in the landing field could have the controller and launch it OK.

Worth suggesting to DJI as a new feature when they respond to your claim! :+1:
