Low-noise Mavic props now available to order

Update, two more flights yesterday evening and they really are significantly quieter so they get my vote as a cheap and effective upgrade…

I’m trying to cure my bad dose of accesssory-itis.

You’re not helping…

Could you post a photo of this at some point? Is this likely to damage the props if left on inside a case?

Do the top ones not also then rub on the battery?

This is where they start touching the heatsink…It’s fine though, just lift them up when folding…

Ahhhh, I thought you meant the tips!

After watching a few reviews I’ve decided to go for a set.
Bit of a bummer about the props not folding neatly under the Mavic but it’s not the end of the world. For peace of mind I would just take the rear props off when stored.

Were I bought mine from.

Dammit!!

I thought my bad dose of accessory-itis was cured.

Clearly not… I’ve just ordered a set :no_mouth:

I had a credit note sitting on my Heliguy account that was just burning a hole in my virtual wallet

Lol!! just had to be done :nail_care:t2::grin:

My low noise props will be here tomorrow :tada:

Woop woop. Hope they are worth the wait.
(For me)

Heliguy have the low noise props in stock and available now :+1:

Have you fitted yours yet?

Not yet @Ashmav, hopefully weather permitting it’ll be this weekend

How about you??

Nice one. :+1:Na I won’t have mine for a week or so. I ordered from Aliexpress

I’m still not sure about the bottom props. My case is very tightly moulded and we know these new props try to flare out of the bottom… Not a fan of taking the props on and off every flight (more faff) but I might not have a choice…

Me neither. Look forward to hearing your thoughts on them.

has anybody noticed any increase in flight time with the new props?

From what I’ve heard its around a minute??

Is that on the ‘classic’ Pro? If so the increased flight time of the Platinum comes down to 2 minutes. Hardly worth worrying about.
