Tried everything but just wont connect to controller

We’re going to need a lot more information as your “tried everything” is very vague.
So we’ll start at the beginning as I don’t know if you’ve done this or not. First up, run through this one:
What happens when you try these pairing methods?
Tried this and literally every other method including updating firmware for the drone and controller off dji site ,but still says aircraft not connected
Is it the controller or your phone that won’t connect?
Have you tried a different cable/device.
It’s the controller that won’t connect ,tried different devices and a different cable ?
