I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:
Land owner permission not required.
Decent sized car park, which gets busy, but superb views over the waterfall and great VLOS over the water to Kilt Rocks.
No anti-drone signage and on a clear day excellent views, be warned though, when windy the waterfall flows upwards.
The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 23/10/2023. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

Car parking is right next to the falls, but I hve heard that flying drones is not allowed in the busier parts of the tourist season - will be able to confirm that in June when we return to Skye for a week - other than that, it is not a difficult place to fly, but do watch out for birds and sheep…

Flew here today. Definitely worth having the drone to get the best views!

I flew here on Sep. 18th. No problems with other people there, but after I had finished my flight another drone owner pointed out to me, that there is a “no drone” sign on one of the parking ticket machine. On the machine closest to the cliff there really was a “self-printed” sheet of paper in a brochure cover on the backside, that didn’t look official. Unfotunately I din’t take a photo of it. As there were no signs on the other machines, I don’t think it is anything official.
