Hi guys,

I have been flying the Mini 4 for a few months now and decided to start FPV flying.

I wanted to know if anyone was up for flying on weekends or weekday evenings around Nottingham just to practice.

I’m pretty sure something is being arranged for a meet up fairly soon around Notts/Derby we’re all hunting spots.
Where abouts do you feel comfortable/confident ripping around to get more practice

Wanted to make it a regular thing if possible.

I haven’t tried Bramcote park or Gedling country park yet but they look quite open?

Also here too.

This place has a Church, surrounded by open fields.

Probably keep clear on a Sunday, though and the odd wedding on a Saturday afternoon.

I will struggle until mid-September.

Attending BIG MEET Part Deux, weekend after next, then flying off to Turkey for 2 week.

Next time I’m available for a meet, will be Sun 15th.

I just flew here did one round. Enjoyed it mate thank you. A few people came past a few times so then I decided to stop when cars came through. I think as it’s bank holiday I guess but overall nice place.
