I’m organising a meetup at Broadmarsh Coastal Park :smiley:

Where:

When: Thursday, 10th July 2025

Start time: 12:00

Approximate end time: 15:00

Suitable for drone types: Camera Drones & FPV Drones

Additional notes:
Initially meetup where the marker is placed. If anyone wants to fly FPV in relative peace and bring gates and the like with them I suggest the fields enclosed by woodland as a good site.

Check your route on Google maps or similar, on Harts Farm Way the entrance is signed when coming from the west, not so well from the east - the signs are easily hidden by vegetation, If you miss the entrance there are roundabouts nearby to make doing a 189 easy.

The entrance is height restricted to 6fft 6in. Follow the road down for 300m and you are there.

No catering, nearest Tesco (with cafe and toilets) 2km. If you check Google Earth it is marked as "Broadmash Coastal Park for Doging" (sic) but we will be well clear by the time the participants turn up :slight_smile:

I can’t make unfortunately. At the moment it looks like the weather is going to be almost ideal for flying though!

sorry to hear that Alison.

Once the summer is over I’ll be more likely to try a weekend meet. I live right down at the bottom end of Hayling and have a pathological hatred of divng on tourist-jammed roads on sunny summer Sundays!
