Modded an old Ifly S4 (550 mm quad) to S4 battery with Tmotor 2213/900s and 8X45 props, Naza-m Lite flashed to V2 and an HGRC VTX. Did 71 km/sec (44mph) yesterday!
If only I’d remembered to put the SD card in…

Oh ye of little faith. Pics taken (in yard), will upload later. Next time (maybe tomorrow) I’ll remember the SD card and submit an OSD pic.

It happened - pics. Specs as above, 3000mAh battery, N1 OSD , Chinese GPS.
Very light southerly wind, 70k across wind
71k downwind…think I pulled up too soon, could have done another knot or two.
Really lousy pictures of a muddy field, sorry. I could probably squeeze a bit more out of it, but this confirms my claim anyway.
Just one more: wind was a bit stronger (5 to 10 mph estimated) and this was a downwind run…but climbing steadily at 2m/sec. 85Km/h = 52.81 mph.
Should add before any expert notices - the beast is rather prone to jello, so I changed the Caddx Ratel2 CMOS camera for a generic CCD cam for this last flight.
