First time taking the MA2 up in anything but clear skies! Really enjoyed the views from inside the wispy clouds but didn’t have the minerals to push it any further plus I was already playing fast and loose with the VLOS rule. So happy with the results and looking forward to editing a little more!

No not yet but it’s a good shout. I’ve been doing my research to get some.
I was actually fairly lucky this morning as the sun was burning away most of the fog and I had a good silhouette on the drone, however saying that it was probably the first time I HAD to rely on the RTH as I was a little bit fog blind by that point!
I just use the map if the fog closes in on me (albeit mine is a blank map, not having any data on my drone-phone) …, it’s easy to fly back to above yourself and then descend.
