My Mini 3 Pro is being sent to Dji for a warranty issue

Meantime this is a screenshot of my “Case” progress

Is that from the DJI fly app

That’s from the Dji website repair progress, looks kosher enough, don’t you think?

DJI only have one authorised repair centre in the UK:

And even the use of Drone Doctor is only for out of warranty repairs.

As @SparkyFPV said, everything DJI related across the whole of the EU goes to Netherlands via UPS.

Not to a vape shop via Royal Mail.

All sorts of alarm bells are ringing here Francesco.

Keep us posted tomorrow!

Will do

Check it in the DJI fly app as that’s logged to your account with them

Not received yet…

…yeah, because some dodgy vape shop in Nottingham has it

Yup it’s exactly the same as from the desktop

We will find out tomorrow, but if it is a scam, how the F### did the scammer intercepted the correspondance between me and Dji?

How did you open the case?

That does look like the app portal

This is mine

But you are all right this has to be a scam. I went on Google and typed Dji official UK Repair Centres and this screenshot came out

Not saying it is a scam, it might be a middleman forwarding things on and just making a few quid on the side.

What we are saying is, be careful, because:

Ever.
