Nazgul5 not arming - help!

Don’t worry. It looks like you have already added a receiver in.

Bnf drones usually have a receiver installed and you would choose one that’s compatible with your transmitter.

The fact that you have installed a receiver suggests that you have a Plug and play drone (pnp)

Check this part is set up correctly.
We understand, its a learning curve

One that all of us have been through in the not too distant past

Also if you have fitted your own receiver it might be worth posting a photo of you receiver and flight controller so we can check you have soldered to the correct pads for uart 2 .

Oh yes, sorry completely my fault just checked the website I bought it from it is labelled as a pnp

What should I be set up as for my archer rs receiver

Don’t worry. If your new it’s an easy mistake to make.

Lots of learning in this hobby but we’ve all been through the same journey

For me the top setting is the same as yours the bottom says SBUS

Good to know I’m not the only one🤣

That should be correct Edward :+1:t2:

As @SirGunner asked, check the uart connection. The rx wire from the receiver goes to the tx on the fc and vice versa

This is how the receiver plugs in. Don’t know if this is helpful

Is there anything here i need to change

Are you able to check the settings in the tx? I remember that mine was sbus and I had to change to ibus

Looking at those wires 3 of them (power ground and sbus) it’s an SBUS RX

I believe so

I think the sbus is the yellow one

Sorry I’m not quite sure what you mean

Forget what I said

@notveryprettyboy I believe the newer Nazguls come with an F7 board so I’m sure the UARTs work as SBUS right? I’d assume SBUS wire needs to go to the RX pad correct? I’m not 100% because I’ve not used SBUS before lol
