New “flyer” joining GADC - I put flyer in quotes as so far my drone has not left the ground
With the CAA Reg changes at the start of the year, I decided to go for the DJI Air3s.
I’ve done all the usual pre-flight stuff - but poor weather and medical issues have meant that the maiden flight hasn’t yet happened.
So much great information on this site, and I’ve been watching “Ian from London” YouTube videos to get all the tips and tricks - ready for that elusive first take-off
On a positive note - there have been zero air incidents, and my first month of Care Refresh has passed without a claim

Flying a drone is great fun but sometimes you feel the need to have a purpose for doing so and the Challenges category provides some great reasons for you to fly.
