Hi everyone. Just joined having picked up a DJI Mini 4k.

Weather has meant I have only been able to undertake a few flights so far but loving a new challenge and bringing a whole new dimension to my sports photography.

Early attempt here of my clubs home ground in Spennymoor.

Thanks @Kirky I am very impressed. I got a cheaper non DJI a few years back and after one near fly away and one crash into my house I lost confidence with it. Put in in a cupboard and never went near it again.

Pleased I took the plunge with something better and have given it another go.

We’re a well established club with many knowledgeable members so it’s very likely that any issues you come across will have been discussed here before. Our discussion forum has very powerful search features which should help you find what you need but if you get stuck you can post a new question in the Questions & Answers category.

And finally, if you are new to drones and wondering what it’s all about, have a look at Resources for a beginner.

For mini 3 and 4 tutorials try ian in london on youtube and search his channel for mini 3 and 4 tutorials
