Joined this great club a few weeks ago and thought I should introduce myself. Hopefully I have selected the correct place to do this.
Whilst holding a pilots license and flying a Cessna 172, I lost an eye a few years ago and decided it was time to quit full size, but to satisfy the flying bug, bought an Air 3. How technology has improved since my early days of free flight and radio controlled model aircraft.
Am I the oldest UK drone flyer at 85? Would be interested to hear. Anyway, we geriatrics need a passion to keep going and this past time for me ticks all the boxes.
