New to drones, Hi from Peterborough!

To say I am new to all of this is a bit of an understatement. At the time of writing I don’t even own a drone, but I do have a DJI Mini 4 Pro on order and it should be here in a couple of days. Complete noob, looking for information, guidance and sites to go. Got to learn how to fly, learn the rules and get to know where I can and can’t go.
Be gentle with me if I ask a couple of stupid questions !!

Welcome @Speck, I don’t think that you can ask any daft questions that we all haven’t already asked

There is never a stupid question. If you do not know then ask something. We were all new once and I still find myself asking silly questions. I did the other week and not one person made a negative comment. I was given the answer… Simple.

The beauty here is, if 1 person does not know the answer, they probably know someone who does and will direct you.

By the way. You may be new but… GOOD CHOICE. You did well. I have not experienced them properly, we have the Mini 3 Pro and saw briefly the 4 pro and was impressed.

Take it easy at first. My two DJI’s have never failed to return home, just make sure you set the minimum height. DO NOT fly it indoors because you are impatient, this cost me in the past with damaged camera gimbal.

Hiya @Speck, welcome , we were all new members one time. I like you joined and had no Drone, then purchased DJI Mini 4 Pro like you have. I have never look back, mainly up😂 just take it nice and slowly for a while, like me you will pick it up and you will absolutely enjoy flying the drone. Good luck and enjoy
