New to flying - Telford

Hi, i have recently brought a DJI Spark, i dont want to fly without 1 having the correct info and cert if need be, but would also like to find some help with set up and start flying, is there anyone local to telford that can asssit please, many thanks forcyour help in advance :blush:

Have you seen our members map? (Click the burger-menu in the top right) You may find some pilots living near you. Feel free to add yourself to the members map too :+1:t2:

We’re a well established club with many knowledgeable members so it’s very likely that any issues you come across will have been discussed here before. Our discussion forum has very powerful search features which should help you find what you need but if you get stuck you can post a new question in the #questions-and-answers category.

Part of the Drone Scene utility which Chris mentions above is Good2Go - find it here -

Its a Q & A utility which you enter your type of drone, location to fly etc and it will give you a Yay or Nay as to whether it is legal. Have a play with the various options and it will give you a good idea of the legal requirements that would apply to any flight you intend to make :+1: :+1: :+1:

Basically get an A2CofC cert or stick to flying in the countryside for the Spark.

Hi, i can finish work early afternoon if im in work, ive been away all this week back tomorrow, and im away next week tue to Fri, the following week in in office more days,

I’m out with my mate tomorrow, and it looks like it’s going to chuck it down on Saturday and possibly Sunday, but Monday looks OK if that’s any good mate.
